Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup almond flakes

  • 1 grated apple

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar.

  • fresh coconut water to cover

 

Procedure:

 

Mix all ingredients well...
