“It is only when you are happy with-in yourself that it becomes easy and effortless to do things in all areas of your life to ensure your wellbeing”

However, it is not always easy to be healthy, to stop repeating certain behaviors or get to where you want to be.

Sometimes you know you “should”, yet feel like you “can’t”.

Just as the way you move, eat and recover is unique to you, so is the way you process thoughts and behaviors in order to create your dreams and happiness.

Personal Transformation Coaching provides the compass for your personal journey to happiness and fulfilment, which in turn, will enable you to reach your ultimate health, wellness and potential.

The Momentum for Life team are trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Advanced Matrix Therapies enabling clients to make dramatic and lasting changes across all areas of their lives.

Personal Transformation Coaching aims to identify, and clear, negative influences, behaviors and emotions as well as eliminate limiting decisions and beliefs that serve as road-blocks to achieving your dreams.

Through these techniques, and Archetypal Coaching, we can help you discover your true Passion and Purpose.

Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant,

gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Actually, who you are not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking

so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.

We were born to make manifest

the Glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; it is in everyone.

As we let our own light shine,

we unconsciously give other people

permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,

our presence automatically liberates others.
