You can’t out-train bad nutrition.  Most people don’t train more than 2-4hours per week.  That leaves a lot of other hours, and a lot of meal choices.  If your goal is a change in body composition, pain relief, or health improvement, you need to take a focused look at the food you’re putting into your body.  Are your food choices and life choices supporting your training and your fitness goals?
