Clean Fridge, Clean Eating

March 12, 2014

If there is junk food in the house, it will get eaten sooner rather than later.  I can have a carton of ice cream in the freezer for about a day, it won’t last any longer because I will absolutely inhale it.

The reality is that if your fridge and cupboards are full of junk you will eat junk.  So if you want to eat clean, lose weight, improve your energy levels, or heal from injuries or ongoing health problems, look to your kitchen and stock up with good food.
