Archetypal Mastery Retreat Meal Plan

I was lucky enough to cater for Evolve Now Mind Institute‘s, Archetypal Artistry course at the weekend.  The course was held at the beautiful Awaba in Palmdale belonging to Michael Adamedes. Beautiful surrounds, an amazing course with a group of fabulous coaches and delicious food to boot.

 

I am very touched that the participants all said they had learnt lots from our meals and were looking forward to implementing some new healthy practises at home.

I posted the meal plan for you all to see so you can get an idea of how to implement some new healthy practises in your routine.

 

DAY 1

 

Afternoon Tea

Berry Nut Sorbet

 

Dinner

Roast Chicken and steamed greens

 

DAY 2

 

Breakfast

Chicken Broth and Eggs

Grain Free Bircher

 

Morning Tea

Rabbit Liver Pate, Hommous and Veggie Sticks

 

Lunch

Slow Roast Lamb with Roasted Sweet Potato, Parsnips and Fennel and Tomato Bake

 

Afternoon Tea

Cacao Nut Bliss Balls

 

Dinner

Malay fish Curry

 

 

DAY 3

 

Breakfast

Bacon eggs and leftover vegetables

Amaranth, Buckwheat and Quinoa porridge

 

Morning Tea

Cheese and Fruit Platter

 

Lunch

Zucchini Pasta and Pork and Veal Bolognese

 

Afternoon Tea

Berry Nut sorbet (by popular demand!)

 

Dinner

Frittata (to use up all the leftover veggies)

Rocket, parmesan and pear salad

 

DAY 4

 

Breakfast

Porridge as above

Left over roast chicken and vegetables

bacon and eggs

 

Morning Tea

Chicken Liver Pate, Babaganoush and Veggie sticks

 

Lunch

Ovvioorganics Mexican Beef Grain free tacos with Guacamole

 

Afternoon Tea

Ovvioorganics Orange Almond Vanilla Cake
