I was lucky enough to cater for Evolve Now Mind Institute‘s, Archetypal Artistry course at the weekend. The course was held at the beautiful Awaba in Palmdale belonging to Michael Adamedes. Beautiful surrounds, an amazing course with a group of fabulous coaches and delicious food to boot.
I am very touched that the participants all said they had learnt lots from our meals and were looking forward to implementing some new healthy practises at home.
