Grain Free Bircher

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/2 cup almond flakes

  • 1 grated apple

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar.

  • fresh coconut water to cover

 

Procedure:

 

Mix all ingredients well in a glass container. cover and soak over night.

Again, I always just throw stuff in and don’t pay attention to measurements. I’ll get better, I promise. Let me know what you think the measurements should be.
