The focus of the Winter Cleanse is to weed out adverse microbial pathogens in the digestive system in order to establish healthy bacteria (the foundation of your immune system), address an infection in the respiratory tract, strengthen the immune system and nourish with sustainable, conscious whole foods and cut out all sugars and processed packaged foods.

Eat organic chicken liver pate – home made.
Prepare food well: cooking at low to medium temperatures and soak, ferment, sprout or Activate: nuts, seeds, grains and beans.
Use herbs in cooking: garlic, thyme, ginger, turmeric root and sage to food as these natural herbs & spices aid in mucous breakdown and have antimicrobial properties.
Make bone broths with whole chickens or beef, lamb of fish bones and consume 2-3 cups daily before each meal. Bones broths are traditionally used in every culture to heal, restore and repair. Add sea salt and a splash of good quality organic apple cider vinegar to help extract further minerals from the bones. Make sure bones are from the best quality animals.
Add natural salt in your drinking water. This adds minerals and aids hydration particularly if you have a fever and sweating.
