How to Train your Cardiovascular System

Watch our mentor and coach, Paul Chek, go through what is a functional cardio workout. Many feel that to build their cardiovascular system that they need to train for extended periods of time at low to medium intensity’s. This is not entirely true!!! Watch here as Paul Chek demonstrates a much more effective way to train for cardio that is less taxing on your muscular and skeletal systems and perhaps more importantly your hormonal system.
