(all organic where possible of course!)
1 kg beef mince
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp of tomato paste
2 onions finely chopped
1 carrot grated1 egg beaten
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper
1 handful of coriander chopped
Heat the coconut oil in a wok / fry pan.
Add onions and garlic; stir fry 2-3 minutes until soft, remove from heat and combine with mince beef and grated carrots.
Add tomato paste, salt and pepper, coriander and beaten egg.
Mix together until well combined.
Shape into burgers
Grill of pan fry with a little coconut oil
Serve with steamed vegetables or salad
