Jojo Cooks for Lulu
May 31, 2012

Lucky us to be studio of the month for Lululemon Mosman this May. Not just because our director, Leila Lutz, loves Lululemon (hehe), but because we are all so appreciative of the efforts of Sarah and her team to spread the word of spirituality, health and wellness through out the community. Thank you so much for having us, Lulu!! It was such a joy for us to provide the Lulu community with Squat, Core and Posture Assessments, Mini Energy Coaching Sessions, Outdoor Group Fitness, Core/Chi Classes and Yoga. We love how Lululemon is all about educating the community so that they can make the best decisions for themselves for health and vitality.
And what a way to celebrate the last week of the month other than with a taster of Jo’s Slow Cooking for Fast People. We were so lucky to have an audience that was so interested in our knowledge of how slow cooking allows us to get a much higher nutritional benefit from our food. And we’re always keen to answer which fats to keep you thin and healthy. Some great questions from the audience on cholesterol too!!! We love encouraging the community to question everything that they have ever been told about health and to find out what truly resonates for them.
Our Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Joanna Rushton, shared her wealth of knowledge with the Lululemon community, cooked an amazing slow cooked chermoula chicken, showed the lulu lovers her Slow roast lamb (took about five minutes) and……. made the most awesome chocolates. For the recipes, click on the links and we hope to see you at our next workshop.
